How do I request a refund?
Homeaglow Staging's Resolution Process gives you the right to request a partial or full refund from your cleaner.
- Your request must be received within 72 hours after your cleaning, and your cleaner will have 7 days to accept or decline your request.
- If you were not able to file your refund request in time, you can also reach out to your cleaner directly with your concerns.
To request a refund:
- Go to your dashboard, and select your appointment with your cleaner.
- Scroll down and click 'Report An Issue' > 'I'm not satisfied with my cleaning' > 'View Invoice' > 'Request Refund'
If you haven't yet, we encourage you to leave a review for your cleaner from your dashboard.
- However, please note that you can only leave a review for your cleaners up to 30 days after the appointment has been completed.
