How does your pricing work?
Our cleanings are priced on a per-hour basis, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Your total price is based on the rate that your cleaner sets and the number of hours you select, along with a booking fee that starts at 5%. We'll also show you the estimated cost immediately after booking, and the cost may change if you add extra hours to your appointment.
Depending on your preferences:
- 1 hour will be added to your appointment for each extra service that you select. This will make sure that your cleaner will have enough time to complete your additional tasks.
- The table below illustrates how your cleaning total will be calculated with extras included:

- A Premium Cleaning Fee may apply if you chose to be matched with a Premium Cleaner when you booked your cleaning.
- The example below shows how your cleaning total will be calculated with a Premium Cleaning Fee included:

- The example below shows how your cleaning total will be calculated with a Premium Cleaning Fee included:
- A Priority Fee may also be included in the cleaning cost if you booked or reschedule your appointment to a timeslot less than 48 hours away.
- If you select a Priority timeslot, your cleaning total will be calculated as follows:
Your cleaning duration 3 hours Your Cleaner’s Hourly Rate (with a ForeverClean discount) x $25/hour Priority Cleaning Fee + $30 ($15/hour) Cleaning Fee (inclusive of the Priority Cleaning Fee) = $120 Processing Fee $18 (15% of your cleaning fee) Estimated Total = $138 (taxes may apply) - Simply select another date or time at least 72 hours out if you want to book a cleaning at the regular rates.
- If you select a Priority timeslot, your cleaning total will be calculated as follows:
If you have an active ForeverClean membership, your cleanings are discounted up to 50%! And if you have a voucher, your voucher's hours will be applied first and any exceeding hours will be charged at your cleaner's standard hourly rate.
View your claimed cleaning estimate by going to your Upcoming appointments > Your upcoming appointment > 'Payment details'.
If your home needs deep cleaning, please ensure that your cleaner has enough time to complete your required tasks by adding hours to your booking. Small mid-sized homes will usually require 6 or more hours to complete an initial deep clean, while larger homes may take more. Your cleaner may also contact you about adding more time to the appointment if the extra tasks cannot fit into the allotted time.
You can help your cleaner by prioritizing what is most important to you in your notes or with them when they arrive.
