How do I reschedule or edit a job?
Before making changes to the job, please make sure that your client agrees to the changes. Unauthorized changes can affect your profile standing.
If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners App:
- Go to the 'My Jobs' tab, and select an upcoming job that you wish to reschedule.
- Once you have selected the job you wish to change, tap on 'Manage Job'.
- Tap on 'Reschedule job'.
- A new window will appear, where you should be able to see 'Edit Date, Time, & Hours'
- Tap on the date field, and a calendar will appear where you can choose which date you wish to reschedule to.
- Tap on the time field and a list of timeslots will appear where you can choose the time you wish to reschedule to.
- Once done, tap on 'Save Changes'.
- When the confirmation window appears, tap on 'Yes, client approved.'
If you're using your browser:
- From your dashboard, click on the date of a claimed job that you wish to change.
- Select the job that you wish to make changes to.
- A pop-up would appear that would show you the overview of the job. Once you see this, scroll down and click the blue 'View/Edit Details' button.
- To update the date:
- Click on the of the appointment.
- When a calendar appears, select a future date that you wish to reschedule to.
- To update the time:
- Click on the time of your appointment.
- Once a drop-down list appears, select a time that you wish to reschedule to.
- To update the date:
- Once you're done, click 'Save changes'.
- When the confirmation window appears, tap on 'Yes, client approved.'
